Crack Chicken Spaghetti – Chicken spaghetti loaded with cheddar, bacon and ranch. This stuff is totally ADDICTIVE! We do this at least once a month. Everyone cleans their plates, even our picky eaters! Chicken, cream of chicken, velveeta, ranch dressing, bacon, cheddar cheese, spaghetti. Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later. A real pleasure for the crowd!
Crack Chicken Spaghetti
PREP TIME: 15 MINS | COOK TIME: 30 MINS | TOTAL TIME: 45 MINS
INGRÉDIENTS:
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 can (10.75 oz) chicken cream
- 1 package (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp. Tablespoon dry ranch dressing
- 2-1 / 2 cups cooked ground chicken
- 1 3-ounce package pre-cooked bacon (Oscar Mayer)
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Put aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Put aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the soup cream, Velveeta and chicken broth. Cook over low heat until the cheese melts, stirring constantly. Stir in the dry Ranch mixture.
- Stir in cooked spaghetti, cooked chicken and bacon pieces. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Garnish with cheddar.
- Cook uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
