Chicken Alfredo Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- baguette, sliced and toasted (for serving)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- In a medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook until golden, about 1 minute. Stir in milk and garlic and cook, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat. Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
