Creamy Cheesy Dorito Chicken Casserole
This creamy Dorito chicken casserole is a recipe your whole family will love. Made with a pan full of Dorito crisps and topped with a creamy chicken mixture. This will be a winning dinner!
Dorito Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 10-ounce bag of Dorito crisps
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can of 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cheddar soup (Campbell’s – ideal for cooking)
- 1 can of 10 ounces
- 1 can of 14 ounces drained corn
- 2 cups grated taco cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the aluminum foil in a 9 x 11 inch pan and place the chicken inside the aluminum foil. Cook 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and grate it, then set aside. Discard the aluminum foil.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- Crush the chips and place them in the bottom of your casserole dish and set aside. (I reserved 1/4 cup for garnish)
- Combine cooked grated chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken, cheddar soup, Rotel, corn and 1 cup grated cheese. Pour this over your fries in your casserole dish.
- Garnish with the rest of the cheese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Optional: garnish with reserved potato chips for garnish and tasting.
